The Twinkl Full Circle CVC Phonics Game App is a fun game to practise segmenting and spelling words. It is designed to support teaching some of the key skills taught in Phase 2 and 3 of the DfES Letters and Sounds Document:
After selecting a word set, the child is presented with a word, which they must segment.
The child can scroll the letter sounds and then check whether the sounds are correct for the word.
As the child correctly segments, more words are loaded for them to try.
This activity is key for practising segmentation and blending sounds in CVC words.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
If you have purchased the Twinkl Phonics Suite, it is not necessary to purchase this app.
